  • Free Express Service: Enjoy a complimentary express facial (30 min) or skin-refresh service once during the membership.

Exclusive Member Benefits:

  • Better Promotion Guarantee: If a higher percentage discount is available during a promotion for any Sanctuary by Cutis treatment or product, members will automatically receive the higher discount— ensuring you always get the best value!
  • Loyalty Crossover: All spending at Sanctuary by Cutis will count towards your Cutis Platinum or PPS membership, giving you access to even more exclusive benefits across both our brands.
  • Invitation Program: Receive $50 Cutis Loyalty Points for each person you invite to become a Select or Premier member at Sanctuary by Cutis. These points can be used for any treatment or product at both Cutis Medical Laser Clinics or Sanctuary by Cutis.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Validity:

  • Memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Discount Application:

  • Discounts apply to all Sanctuary by Cutis treatments and products.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or special offers unless the promotion offers a higher discount percentage.

3. Purchases and Special Offers:

  • No additional specials or discounts can be considered at the time of purchase if you are using your membership benefits, except in the case of the “Better Promotion Guarantee.”

4. Cutis Loyalty System:

  • All spending as a Sanctuary by Cutis member will count toward Cutis Platinum or PPS memberships.

5. Exclusions:

  • Membership discounts apply only to full-priced products and treatments and cannot be used for already discounted or sale items.

6. Invitation Program:

  • Members will receive $50 Cutis Loyalty Points for each person they invite who signs up as a Glow or Prestige member at Sanctuary by Cutis. These points can be redeemed for any treatment or product at both Cutis Medical Laser Clinics and Sanctuary by Cutis.

7. Cancellation Policy:

  • The membership cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. It is the responsibility of the member to use the benefits within the 1-year timeframe.

8. Membership Renewal:

  • Members will be notified near the end of their membership to renew for another year. The same pricing and terms will apply unless otherwise updated by Sanctuary by Cutis.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard complaint process:
    • We offer a mediation service with an independent third party.
    • If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Singapore law.
